Website information
Privacy Notice
How this website handles inquiries, scheduling details, and information about visits.

Inquiries and email
The contact form collects your name, email address, message, and any optional company, inquiry type, or referral details you provide. It also includes available browser-reported referral information, such as the source of your visit and the page where you arrived. This information helps Jason respond to your inquiry and understand how people find the site.
Resend delivers the inquiry to Jason's inbox and sends a confirmation email to you. Messages and delivery records are processed by Resend and the relevant email providers. Please do not send confidential information until an engagement has been confirmed in writing. Contacting Jason does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Scheduling
The scheduling page loads Cal.com's embedded booking service, which receives technical information from your browser when it loads. If you book a meeting, Cal.com processes the contact details, booking answers, and appointment information you provide to arrange the meeting and send scheduling communications. Keep booking details non-confidential.
Website activity
The site uses Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits, referral sources, and actions such as opening a Note, clicking a contact link, submitting the form, or booking an introduction. These services receive page, browser, device, and visit information. Google Analytics uses cookies. Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies.
The site's custom analytics events do not include your form name, email address, or message text. Page addresses and referral information can still be collected separately by analytics services. Vercel also hosts the site and processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and timestamps, to deliver and operate it.
Browser storage
The site uses local and session storage to remember first-visit and current-visit referral information, campaign parameters, arrival pages, and visit times. This helps distinguish first-time and returning visits and understand which sources lead to inquiries. The first-visit records have no site-set expiration; they can remain until you or your browser clear them. Current-visit attribution starts a new session after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Session storage also helps prevent repeated visitor alerts in the same browser tab. Restricted pages may use an access cookie. Your browser's settings control cookies and site storage; removing them does not delete information already sent to email or service providers.
Visitor alerts
Your browser sends an initial-visit record to the site with the landing-page address, including query parameters, the referring address when available, campaign information, time, and browser and device details. When visitor email alerts are enabled, that record is sent to Jason through Resend. The alert email does not include an IP address or precise location.
Retention and your choices
There is no fixed retention period for inquiries that do not become client matters. Inquiry emails, scheduling records, and service logs may remain in the relevant inboxes or provider systems; retention varies by service and settings. Browser-storage periods are not deletion deadlines for email or provider records.
You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser and contact Jason by email instead of using the form or scheduler. You may also ask about information you have provided or request its correction or deletion. Any request will need to take account of applicable legal and professional recordkeeping obligations.
